Our children’s ministry is focused on training up the next generation to know the Word of God, hear the voice of God and use the gifts of God.
A normal Kingdom Kids week may look like worship with the whole church, worship with the kids, Bible story and discussion, praying for each other, morning tea (BYO), games and craft.
Man Time is a pastoral care time, Bible study time, prayer time and discussion time. The Bible studies are not formal studies, they stem from conversations on the night. We always finish with a solid chunk of prayer for each other and wherever the Holy Spirit leads.
Kingdom Life has adopted Bilambil Public School. We teach Scripture (SRE) there on Monday during terms 2 and 3. Scripture has grown and this year another teacher will be joining us making up 6 classes. These kids are hungry for God and we have this fantastic opportunity to love and share Jesus with this generation. Gavin is also Chaplain of Bilambil Public School.
A.S.K. is a youth style program run for students in years 3-6 at school. Each week we have some afternoon tea (fruit, home cooked food and biscuits) before getting into an hour of fun with some big games, Gospel message and small group discussion. Most afternoons a theme runs through all games, activities that lead to the talk and discussion.
