The registration price for the conference does not include GST as the conference is considered a 'religious service'. ABN 84 997 330 976. Should you require a receipt for your records, please photocopy this registration form prior to returning it to us. Deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable. The super early bird registration fee ($80) must be paid by 17 August 2008 or else the registration is cancelled. No refunds will be made. However you may transfer your registration to another person. Advise our office in writing before 28 March 2009.
